"Personalisation was disappointing"
I ordered a shirt with a name and number on it, but the printing looked really poor. It seemed a bit off-centre, the letters weren’t sitting straight, and it just made the whole shirt feel kind of cheap. For the price, I was expecting a lot better

"Design didn’t match the pictures"
I ordered a Spurs shirt from spursfanshop.com, and I don’t know why, but the design looked different from the photos on the site. The badge placement seemed off, and the colors just didn’t look the same in person.
The print on the front also had this stretched-out look to it, almost like it came from a low-quality image. Even the small sleeve details didn’t really match what I thought I was getting.
Maybe it wouldn’t bother everyone, but I bought it mainly because I liked the design in the pictures. Since it looked inaccurate when it arrived, I was disappointed...

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too tight... like, not even close. I even checked the size guide before buying, so that made it frustrating. Now I’ve got to deal with returning it, which is just extra hassle. i probably wouldn’t order clothing from here again unless they fix the sizing.

I ordered from spursfanshop.com the packaging was really disappointing. The box showed up half crushed and barely taped together, and the shirt inside was all creased up. I was relieved it wasn’t damaged worse, but it still added a bunch of unnecessary stress I wasn’t expecting from a simple order. For what I paid, I definitely expected it to arrive in much better shape

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just off. It was tight around the chest and the sleeves were way too long, which made no sense to me. The material also felt scratchy, so I was uncomfortable pretty much the whole time I had it on. What annoyed me most is that the sizing and product info weren’t very clear, so I had no idea it would fit like this. I wore it once and couldn’t wait to take it off

I had a hard time using the site, especially during checkout. The pages were confusing, and I kept feeling like I was being passed around from one step to another without clear direction. It made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be

"Something felt off about the shirt"
When I got the shirt, the badge just didn’t look quite right to me. Maybe I’m being picky, but it gave me the impression that it wasn’t authentic. I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from there again.

"Not really worth the money!!"
I ordered a hoodie and honestly... it was just okay?? For the price, I was expecting it to feel a lot better. Delivery was fine, no issues there, but nothing amazing either. The quality feels average, and the sizing was a bit off too!!! I know Spurs gear is never exactly cheap, but this one just felt like poor value, tbh...

I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, but support just kept passing me from one person to another and I never really got a clear answer. My refund still hasn’t been sorted either. It just feels like a poor way to handle the whole thing.

I ordered internationally it’s been a frustrating experience. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting, the tracking hardly updates, and customer support only gave me vague answers. For the price and hassle, I don’t think ordering internationally is worth it

"Why Are Loyalty Points Such a Hassle?"
I signed up mainly for the loyalty rewards, but it’s been disappointing. It feels like such a simple thing gets made way harder than it needs to be. The points take forever to show up, and when they finally do, the discount is barely anything. I tried using a reward on an order and it just wouldn’t apply properly. I reached out to support, but they gave me a generic reply and nothing really changed. The whole program sounds better than it actually is.

I was already feeling mentally drained when I checked out on spursfanshop.com, so I was hoping the payment process would feel super straightforward and reassuring. My card payment went through without any issues, which was good, but I didn’t really notice much in the way of security badges or extra verification info. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just one of those things where a little more visible reassurance would’ve made me feel better.

I was ready to place an order, but the shipping cost was way higher than I expected. The items might be worth it sometimes, but with shipping like that, it feels hit or miss. For me, it just wasn’t worth it this time.

"Frustrating stock issues"
I was really hoping to pick up a Spurs shirt and a couple of gifts, but most of the sizes I needed were already out of stock. What made it more frustrating was that the site still shows a lot of items at first, and you only find out they’re unavailable after clicking around for a bit.
The shop itself looks decent and easy enough to use, but the stock situation really lets it down. I ended up ordering from somewhere else, which was disappointing because I wanted to buy from here. i hope they keep things updated more often because it’s a bit of a letdown when you’re excited to shop and then can’t actually get anything

I remember walking in hoping to find a decent hoodie or maybe a few things for the kids, but there just wasn’t much there. From what I can recall, it felt like the same handful of items repeated around the store. I left disappointed, to be honest.

When this arrived, the box was totally crushed, like it had been dropped, shoved under heavier packages, or kicked around a truck. Then I opened it and the shirt had a stain on it too, which was really frustrating. It wasn’t just a small packaging issue, between the smashed box, the dirty shirt, and the overall condition, it felt like I got a return or something that had been sitting around.

I tried using the discount code at checkout, but it wouldn’t go through. This has happened before, so I’m starting to assume these promo codes just don’t work half the time
